rural location although the room was by a busy roundabout so would request a room on the other side next time
All staff were found to be very polite, courtious and efficient. Booking was simple. Hotel was comfortable, quiet and clean. I would gladly come back to this hotel again when we come to watch the Ladies National Bowls Finals at Leamingtom Bowls Club in August each year and will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends who are involved in the National Bowls.,
Everything was spot on from the moment we arrived until we left. The only minor problem we had was that there was only one bedside light and one bedside table in our room.
Very nice hotel very clean and great countryside lacation not to far away from very good shopping and attractions excellent stay...
Food generally very good, Staff all very attentive. Breakfast excellent. Smoothies offered at breakfast time were a nice touch.
Not enough bar staff on duty Sat Evening. Bar unattended for long periods as only one (very good) barman serving, fetching meals etc. There is some form of sewage tank area in the grounds. Unfortunately there was a strong sewage smell from this as we walked in the gardens
I disliked the fact that the bar was shut at 5pm, and there was nowhere in the hotel I could get a beer. This hotel obvioulsy only accommodates deligates during the week.
Great location for leamington spa, just a 5 min taxi ride. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Great value for money.
The hallways are tired looking particularly the carpets. The rooms and communal areas need a refurb but it was still clean.
The Hotel is set in its own grounds and is very Peaceful. As a conferencing centre it is also geared up for the business traveller. Also there was an issue a booking that was Professional handled.
It's a long walk or a Taxi ride from town. Its a little clinical in appearance inside.
As I was studying in their college excellant location
The road noise from my room
Large clean room lots of hanging space and drawers, comfortable bed Quiet
Late check in / early check out
Very good sauna and jacuzzi which we had to ourselves. Good breakfast well presented and very fresh.
Asked for a quiet room but main road was close.
We stayed for a single night at the weekend. The hotel was very quiet which was a surprise but nice and peaceful. The spa and gym look amazing although we didn't have time to use them. Our room was lovely, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was a real treat especially the fruit smoothies! The best thing for us though was discovering the perfectly preserved 1930s swimming pool in the gardens and finding a single flowering fragrant orchid just nearby.
It was excellent value for money . The breakfast was just right we went at the weekend and it was only a quarter fullThe staff were very obliging and keen to please. The bar food was really good and clearly prepared to order
I liked the freely available bowls of fruit and hot drinks in the hotel's lounges. The breakfasts were excellent as was the location of the hotel.
The garden could be better landscaped and maintained. Too few residents over the weekend.
Food in the restaurant was very good, with efficient service.Nice complimentary toileteries.
Very near the main road. No air con in room and if you opened the window the road was very noisy. Hotel not signed very well on approach resutling in a sudden manoeuvre!. Bathroom not particulary detailed clean.
